Claims go through your plan administrator, named in your contract. Call the claims number printed on your contract or ID card. If you cannot find it, use the claims line: Claims line: (888) 929-2699

Emergencies
If you smell gas or suspect carbon monoxide, leave the home and call your gas utility or 911 first. Call the plan after everything is safe.
