Your plan is run by a separate company, the administrator, once you sign up. Here is what it does.

What an administrator does

• Issues and services the contract
• Decides claims and approves repairs
• Pays covered repair costs, either to the repair facility or to you
• Handles cancellation and refunds under the contract terms

How to find yours

The administrator is named in your contract. Claims and cancellation instructions come from that contract. If you cannot find it, call us and we will help you locate the right contact.

Why plans differ

Different administrators write different terms, so waiting periods, limits and exclusions can differ even when the plan names sound alike. Ask your specialist who administers any plan you are considering, and who stands behind payment of claims, before you decide.
